Educational content
The site's content explains health information and helps you prepare for appointments. It does not make a diagnosis, does not interpret symptoms, and does not replace a consultation or the advice of a healthcare professional. It does not promise any result. In an emergency, call 144 in Switzerland, 15 or 112 in France.
Free resources
The free pages and the free preparation kit may be viewed, printed and shared for personal use or as part of non-commercial support, provided the source is credited. Reselling them is prohibited.
Orders
Products and prices
Each guide is described before purchase: content, format (PDF), language (English). The guides are sold in Switzerland and in France. Prices are shown including all taxes, in Swiss francs for Switzerland and in euros for France.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe as part of its Managed Payments service: Stripe acts as the official reseller (merchant of record) of the transaction. Stripe collects the payment, calculates and remits any applicable taxes, and sends you a receipt. The guide itself is supplied to you by Danilson Da Veiga Ramos, which remains responsible for it.
Order steps
- You choose a guide and check the summary: product, total price, currency.
- You can correct your choice at any time before payment.
- If you live in France, you expressly request immediate access by ticking a separate box (see “Right of withdrawal”).
- You pay on Stripe's secure page.
- You receive, without delay, a confirmation e-mail containing the summary, these terms and the download link.
The order is concluded in English. These terms can be saved and printed from this page.
Download
The download link remains valid for 30 days and allows 10 downloads. A guide downloads as a PDF file; the pack downloads as a ZIP file containing its three PDFs. You can request a new link at any time by giving the e-mail address used for the order.
Right of withdrawal
People living in France
You have 14 days to withdraw. If you expressly request immediate access to the guide and acknowledge that you lose this right as soon as the download begins, withdrawal is no longer possible once the download has started. As long as you have not downloaded the guide, you can withdraw using the “Withdraw from the contract here” function available on the site and in the confirmation e-mail. We acknowledge receipt of your request by e-mail, with its date and time, and refund you within 14 days using the payment method you used.
People living in Switzerland
Swiss law does not provide for a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. As the guide is digital content supplied immediately, the purchase is final once the download has started. As long as you have not downloaded the guide, write to us at contact@mysopk.ch: we will cancel the order and refund you.
Guarantees
If a file is unreadable, incomplete or does not match its description, write to us: we will replace it or refund you. For people living in France, digital content is also covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from the time it is supplied.
Updates and corrections
When an error is corrected, the correction is dated and described on the Corrections page. People who have bought a guide receive the corrections to that guide free of charge for the period stated in its description.
Complaints and disputes
Write to contact@mysopk.ch: we reply within 10 working days. The mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence remain applicable.
