The data we process

Visiting the site

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, États-Unis (fonctions exécutées à Dublin, Irlande)) processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect the service. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. Retention period: the one set by the hosting provider, which we will state here before the site goes live.

Audience measurement

We count, day by day, the number of pages viewed per main section and a few actions, such as downloading the free kit. No cookie is set, no identifier is created, no IP address is recorded, and these counters cannot be used to follow an individual. If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” or “Do Not Track” signal, nothing is counted. The counters are kept for a maximum of 25 months.

Reading preferences

The text size, line spacing and font you choose are stored only in your browser. They are never sent to us.

Waiting list and newsletter

If you sign up, we process your e-mail address, the list or lists you chose, the version of the text you accepted and the dates of sign-up, confirmation or unsubscription. Basis: your consent, confirmed through a link sent by e-mail.

An unconfirmed sign-up is deleted after 30 days. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately; we keep proof of your withdrawal for no more than 3 years, then delete it. You can also ask for your address to be deleted immediately.

Anonymous feedback

Answers to the short questionnaire about the formats you would like are not linked to any e-mail address and contain no health information.

Error reports

If you report an error, we keep your message and the page concerned. Your e-mail address is optional; if you give it, it is erased after 180 days.

Orders

When you buy a guide, we process your e-mail address, the product purchased, the amount, the payment references, and the dates of your confirmations and downloads. Basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations; accounting records are kept for 10 years.

Buying a guide about a health topic can reveal an interest in that topic. We therefore limit this data to what is strictly necessary, do not mention the product name in e-mail subject lines, and never use this data for advertising purposes. The exact legal basis for this processing is still undergoing legal validation.

Team accounts

The people who write, verify and review the content have an account. We record editorial actions (verification, review, publication) to ensure traceability.
